Works great, nice little device for system migration from older HDD and 2.5" SSD
no need for wiring plug and play fits 5 drives comfortably easy to swap drives
It works on Samsung Blu-Ray player with single USB and a Samsung TV. Very good build quality and enclosure stays cool with WD black 7200 RPM Hard Drive. I needed to have a powered external enclosure for the single USB port on the blue ray player to supply the necessary power for the hard drive.
The USB 3.0 cable supplied with unit is of decent length. Very versatille. Works as a pass through adapter in a non-M.2 bay, or as a exernal M.2 SATA drive housing. Works wonderfully for disk cloning older M.2 (SATA) drives, or converting an older machine to M.2 SSD. Unit is very small, and easily fits into even a slim laptop. Can easily replace a 7mm HDD (or possibly smaller), and even includes the caddy mount screw holes for securing it as an actual SATA drive replacement. Something tells me, I'll be acquiring more of these in the future; to keep older machines going.
I bought three computers, each with a single m.2 slot. With this adapter I can remove the SSD drive from the computer, re-image or work on it and put it back in the computer. The device comes with an adapter so you can use it with a type 'A' or 'C' USB port.
J'ai installé un 8 t et tout fonctionne a merveille

This works as advertised. Just make sure it is using a PCIE 4.0 or Thunderbolt3 or 4 port and you'll be fine.
Fast throughput (depends on SSD, of course). Nice quality cables. No screws to loose. Easy to assemble. Works with Linux.
The case is solid. I have no fear of putting my expensive hard drives in it. It's easy to open. The levers are all in good condition and ejecting the trays is a smooth experience. Adding the drives is easy and they mounted in the finder without any issue. I used Apple's RAID assistant to put all the drives into a single raid. Again an effortless, smooth experience.
Love the usb c connectivity
Helped me greatly clear the clutter off my hard disks. Speed is great thanks to USB-C Looks and feels good. Tried offline cloning into drives of equal sizes worked; I will try and clone into drives of unequal sizes and see how it goes, I am sure offline clone would work fine for that from smaller to larger disk, but I wanna make sure if the BIOS/OS boots up fine.
